📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement manufacturing process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.
• Conduct root cause analysis and problem-solving to eliminate defects and reduce downtime.
• Collaborate with production teams to implement Lean Manufacturing principles and tools such as 5S, Kaizen, and Value Stream Mapping.
• Monitor and analyze production data using tools like SAP and other ERP systems to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
• Train and mentor team members on best practices and new technologies.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and projects.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in the manufacturing industry.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering or a similar role.
• Proven experience in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or process optimization.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, and quality control methods.
• Proficiency in using ERP systems such as SAP and other relevant software.
• Certifications in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other relevant certifications are a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
