📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to maximize Bancassurance partnerships and drive revenue growth.
• Lead a team of 10-15 marketing professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance management.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key banking partners and stakeholders.
• Oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch innovative insurance products and services.
• Manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation and ROI.
• Represent Mega Insurance at industry events and conferences to build brand awareness and network with key players.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on Bancassurance or banking partnerships.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Certification in marketing or a related field is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
