As a Nurse Clinician (Infection Control), you'll be at the forefront of our infection prevention and control programs, utilizing advanced tools such as the CDC's Infection Control Guidelines and the Joint Commission's standards. Your daily tasks will include conducting environmental and patient care inspections, implementing infection prevention protocols, and providing educational sessions to healthcare staff. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Lead infection prevention and control programs within healthcare facilities.
- Conduct environmental and patient care inspections to identify and mitigate infection risks.
- Implement and monitor infection prevention protocols and guidelines.
- Provide educational sessions and training to healthcare staff on infection control best practices.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure compliance with infection control standards.
- Utilize infection control software such as Epic and Cerner to track and report on infection data.
- Stay updated with the latest infection control guidelines and best practices.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance infection prevention efforts.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related healthcare field.
- Certification as a Certified Infection Preventionist (CIP) or Board Certified in Infection Control and Epidemiology (BCIC-E).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in infection control within a healthcare setting.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Experience with infection control software such as Epic and Cerner.
- Strong knowledge of infection prevention and control guidelines, including CDC and Joint Commission standards.
- Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple priorities.
