📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Analyze current inventory levels and demand patterns using data analytics tools
• Develop and implement inventory optimization strategies to reduce carrying costs and stockouts
• Collaborate with procurement teams to negotiate optimal supplier contracts
• Work with warehouse managers to implement best practices for inventory control
• Monitor inventory performance metrics and provide regular reports to stakeholders
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in inventory management
• Train and mentor team members on inventory optimization techniques
• Participate in cross-functional projects to improve overall supply chain efficiency

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in inventory management or supply chain consulting
• Proven track record of optimizing inventory levels and reducing costs
• Proficiency in SAP and Oracle inventory management systems
• Strong analytical skills with experience using Excel and other data analysis tools
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
• Certification in Supply Chain Management or related field is a plus
