As an MEP Engineering Staff, you will be responsible for the upkeep and improvement of our properties' mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. With a focus on quality and attention to detail, you will have the chance to work with state-of-the-art tools and technologies, including AutoCAD, Revit, and other industry-standard software.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design, install, and maintain mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in our villas.
Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure the optimal performance of all systems.
Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize downtime and disruption.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our systems.
Provide technical support and guidance to the maintenance team.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
Work closely with the property management team to address tenant needs and concerns related to MEP systems.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in MEP engineering, with a focus on residential or hospitality projects.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other industry-standard software.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Valid work permit for Indonesia.
Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in Bali.
