📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and supervise the daily operations of the logistics team, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and on time.
• Coordinate with air and sea freight managers to ensure seamless integration of our logistics operations.
• Monitor and analyze logistics data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure that all shipments are handled with the utmost care and precision, from loading to unloading.
• Develop and implement logistics strategies to optimize delivery timelines and reduce costs.
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, customers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.
• Provide training and support to junior staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their roles effectively.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics management, preferably in air and sea freight operations.
• Strong knowledge of logistics software, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Certification in logistics management or a related field is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Fluency in English is a plus.
