Cibadak Indah Sari Farm is seeking a skilled and proactive IT Network Administrator to join our team in Jakarta Barat. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of our IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and security. Our farm is a modern, tech-driven agricultural operation, and we are looking for someone who can help us maintain and enhance our IT systems to support our growing operations.

As an IT Network Administrator at Cibadak Indah Sari Farm, you will work closely with our team to ensure that our IT systems are running smoothly and efficiently. You will be responsible for configuring, monitoring, and maintaining our network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls. You will also be responsible for ensuring the security of our network, implementing and managing security protocols, and responding to any security incidents.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Install, configure, and maintain network infrastructure including routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
• Ensure the security of our network by implementing and managing security protocols.
• Respond to any security incidents and take appropriate action to mitigate the risk.
• Provide technical support to users and departments as needed.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, and recommend improvements to our IT infrastructure.
• Work with our IT team to ensure that our systems are integrated and functioning optimally.
• Document all network configurations and changes for future reference.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT network administration.
• Proven experience with network infrastructure including routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Familiarity with network security protocols and best practices.
• Knowledge of network monitoring tools such as Wireshark, Nagios, or PRTG.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
