📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide technical support and training to clients on the use and maintenance of Anton Paar instruments.
• Develop and deliver customized application solutions to meet client-specific needs.
• Conduct on-site or remote technical support to resolve client issues and ensure optimal instrument performance.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to promote Anton Paar products and solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in scientific instrumentation and technology.
• Document and report on client interactions, technical support activities, and product performance.
• Participate in product training sessions and workshops for clients and internal teams.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of technical support processes and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Chemistry, Physics, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical support or application role within the scientific instrumentation industry.
• Strong knowledge of Anton Paar instruments and their applications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and colleagues.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and technical documentation tools.
• Valid certification in relevant scientific instrumentation or technical support is a plus.
