OSI Electronics is seeking a talented and experienced Professional Buyer to join our team in Batam, Kepulauan Riau. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth procurement of PCBA (Printed Circuit Board Assembly) components for our electronics manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the electronics industry and a proven track record in procurement and supplier management.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and manage procurement strategies to ensure timely and cost-effective acquisition of PCBA components.,Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to negotiate favorable terms and ensure quality standards.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify new suppliers and potential cost-saving opportunities.,Monitor inventory levels and forecast demand to optimize procurement processes.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address procurement challenges and opportunities.,Participate in supplier audits and quality inspections to maintain high standards.,Provide regular reports and updates to management on procurement activities and performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or a related field in the electronics manufacturing industry.,Proven experience in managing PCBA components procurement.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes, supplier management, and cost control.,Excellent negotiation and communication skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with ERP systems and procurement software is a plus.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and meet tight deadlines.
