📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of employees.,Create engaging and effective training materials, including manuals, presentations, and videos.,Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate and empower employees.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads and managers to identify training needs and goals.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Provide feedback and support to employees to help them improve their performance.,Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant progress.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a corporate or industrial setting.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint and Excel.,Familiarity with e-learning platforms and tools is a plus.,Strong organizational and time management skills.
