📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role in a sushi-focused restaurant.,Proven track record of creating and presenting high-quality sushi dishes.,Strong knowledge of sushi techniques, ingredients, and presentation.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian and international cuisine is a plus.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the food service industry.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
