📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and oversee the company's financial operations, including accounting, financial reporting, and budgeting.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations, both locally and internationally.
  • Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to support business decisions.
  • Lead and mentor a team of accountants and financial analysts.
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in accounting and financial management roles.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
