📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the fleet, including scheduling, maintenance, and fuel management.
  • Coordinate with drivers, mechanics, and other stakeholders to ensure the smooth functioning of the fleet.
  • Monitor vehicle performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve fleet efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Maintain accurate records of all fleet activities and expenses.
  • Provide training and support to new drivers and staff.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that fleet needs are met.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
