As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales efforts and achieving our targets. You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, cold calling, and networking.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups and provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
  • Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and other sales-related events to promote our products/services.
  • Collaborate with marketing and other departments to ensure seamless integration of sales and marketing efforts.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve sales performance.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding expectations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in English and Indonesian languages.
