📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and optimize daily operational activities to ensure smooth and efficient business processes.,Oversee the coordination and scheduling of operational tasks to meet production targets.,Maintain accurate records and reports of operational activities for performance tracking.,Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards in the workplace.,Conduct regular equipment and machinery maintenance to prevent breakdowns.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.,Provide support and guidance to junior staff to ensure high performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.,Strong understanding of operational processes and procedures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.,Knowledge of ERP systems is a plus.,Familiarity with safety regulations and standards is a plus.
