📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Plan and organize marketing events, from conceptualization to execution, ensuring they align with brand objectives.
• Coordinate with vendors, speakers, and attendees to ensure smooth event logistics.
• Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring financial efficiency and profitability.
• Create and distribute event marketing materials, including invitations, promotional content, and post-event follow-ups.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement event strategies that drive brand awareness and engagement.
• Monitor and analyze event performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize future events.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.
• Maintain detailed records of all event-related activities and financial transactions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Event Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in event coordination or a similar role.
• Proficient in using event management software such as Eventbrite, Cvent, or similar.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Creative and innovative thinker with a keen eye for detail.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools is a plus.
