As the Lead Branch Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the branch, managing a team of employees, and ensuring the branch meets its financial and operational goals. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring that all activities are conducted efficiently and effectively.,Manage a team of employees, providing guidance, support, and recognition to help them achieve their goals.,Develop and implement strategies to improve branch performance and profitability.,Monitor and analyze financial performance, ensuring that the branch meets its financial targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Lead and participate in branch meetings and events, as required.,Provide regular reports to senior management on branch performance and progress.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership or management role, preferably in a financial or banking environment.,Strong knowledge of financial management, budgeting, and reporting.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Proven ability to lead and manage a team effectively.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Familiarity with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
