📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage a team of area managers to ensure the efficient operation of business activities.,Develop and implement strategies to improve sales performance and customer satisfaction.,Monitor and evaluate the performance of the team, providing feedback and coaching as needed.,Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.,Conduct regular meetings and reports to keep management informed of progress and issues.,Identify opportunities for business growth and development.,Manage budgets and resources to ensure the efficient use of company funds.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in area management or a similar role.,Proven track record of success in leading and managing teams.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with sales and marketing strategies.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
