🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field,Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Knowledge of HR policies and procedures,Familiarity with basic computer software and tools,Fluency in Indonesian, with English as an advantage,Valid driver's license
