In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent to support our company's growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment and a passion for building a diverse and inclusive workforce.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates.,Source and screen candidates using various methods, including job boards, social media, and networking events.,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the role.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process.,Maintain a strong understanding of labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance.,Provide feedback to candidates and assist them in the hiring process.,Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to management.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a hybrid or remote work environment.,Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and technologies, such as ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers.,Familiarity with labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
