📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees.,Maintain and update employee records and documents.,Support the HR team in managing employee relations and resolving conflicts.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Conduct employee surveys and gather feedback to improve HR practices.,Support the HR team in managing payroll and benefits administration.,Assist in organizing and coordinating HR training and development programs.,Support the HR team in managing employee leave and attendance records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with payroll and benefits administration is a plus.,Strong organizational and time management skills.
