📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create visually appealing designs for marketing materials, social media content, and other promotional materials.,Develop and maintain brand guidelines and style guides.,Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure designs align with brand messaging and objectives.,Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and tools to maintain a competitive edge.,Manage and optimize design projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.,Prepare presentations and reports to showcase design work and progress to stakeholders.,Assist in the creation of design templates and assets for use across various platforms.,Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop innovative design solutions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field.,Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in a marketing or advertising agency.,Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).,Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and styles.,Excellent communication and collaboration skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Creative and innovative thinking with a keen eye for detail.,Understanding of digital marketing trends and best practices.
