PT Media Harapan is seeking a Fleet Coordinator to oversee and manage the company's vehicle fleet. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of fleet management principles and a passion for ensuring the efficient and safe operation of our vehicles. This role is crucial in maintaining the company's reputation for reliability and excellence in transportation services.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of the company's vehicle fleet.,Ensure all vehicles are in safe working condition and meet regulatory requirements.,Coordinate with drivers and maintenance staff to schedule services and repairs.,Monitor fuel consumption and vehicle performance to optimize costs and efficiency.,Manage vehicle documentation, including insurance, registration, and service records.,Implement and enforce safety protocols and driver training programs.,Handle customer complaints and issues related to the fleet.,Work with the procurement team to source and negotiate contracts for fleet services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
