📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct comprehensive market research to identify new business opportunities in Bangka Belitung.
• Analyze industry trends and develop tailored business strategies to capture the unique potential of the region.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government bodies, local businesses, and international partners.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new business initiatives.

• Stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements and industry best practices to ensure compliance and maintain a competitive edge.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute targeted campaigns to promote our products and services in the region.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Relations, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in emerging markets, with a proven track record of success in similar roles.
• Strong understanding of the economic, political, and social landscape of South Sumatra and Bangka Belitung.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and drive results.
• Familiarity with CRM software, such as Salesforce or HubSpot, is a plus.
• Valid SIM card and ability to travel frequently to Bangka Belitung and other regions in South Sumatra.
