📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and oversee the distribution of products to retail outlets.
  • Plan and coordinate delivery schedules to ensure timely and efficient distribution.
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure sufficient stock is available for distribution.
  • Coordinate with sales teams to understand customer needs and adjust distribution plans accordingly.
  • Maintain accurate records of all distribution activities and inventory levels.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures related to distribution.
  • Provide regular reports on distribution activities and inventory levels to management.
  • Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge in distribution management.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in distribution or logistics management.
  • Strong understanding of inventory management and distribution processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for distribution purposes.
  • Knowledge of Indonesian language and culture is a plus.
