📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the department, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.,Develop and implement strategies to improve departmental performance and achieve company goals.,Manage and mentor a team of employees, providing guidance and support to help them grow and succeed.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure that all company initiatives are aligned and executed smoothly.,Monitor departmental budgets and financial performance, ensuring that resources are allocated appropriately.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and implement new strategies as needed.,Communicate regularly with senior management to provide updates on departmental performance and address any issues or concerns.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably with a Master's degree.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role, with a proven track record of success.,Strong knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and best practices.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proficiency in using relevant software and tools, such as Microsoft Office and project management software.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
