📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge.
  • Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, handouts, and multimedia presentations.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops for employees.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop appropriate training solutions.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to employees during and after training sessions.
  • Stay updated with the latest training trends and best practices.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of company-wide training initiatives.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Training and Development, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development.
  • Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant training software.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture is a plus.
  • Ability to travel within Bali for training purposes.
