Tanggung Jawab:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the site, ensuring that all equipment is functioning properly and that our facilities are well-maintained.Plan and execute projects, working closely with our project managers to ensure that all work is completed on time and to the highest standards.Train and supervise our staff, ensuring that they are equipped with the skills and knowledge they need to perform their jobs effectively.Conduct regular inspections of our facilities, identifying any potential issues and taking corrective action as needed.Maintain accurate records of all site activities, including work orders, inspections, and maintenance tasks.Maintain a safe and secure working environment for our staff and visitors.Ensure that all health and safety regulations are adhered to at all times.Collaborate with other departments, such as procurement and human resources, to ensure that our site operations are running smoothly.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Site Engineer role or a similar position.Strong knowledge of engineering principles and practices.Experience with project planning and management.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.Familiarity with health and safety regulations.Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for site visits.🛠️ Keahlian
