📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide direct patient care, including assessments, treatments, and medications.,Develop and implement nursing care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.,Monitor patients' health status and respond to any changes or emergencies.,Educate patients and their families about their health conditions and care plans.,Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.,Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the development of nursing policies and procedures.,Promote a safe and comfortable environment for patients and staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related healthcare field.,At least 5 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a clinical or hospital setting.,Valid nursing license and certification from the relevant regulatory body.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proficiency in Indonesian language, both written and spoken.,Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems is a plus.,Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care and maintaining a safe and professional environment.
