📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage daily catering operations to ensure high standards of food quality and service.,Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of food and beverages.,Develop and implement operational plans to optimize food production and service.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food handling standards.,Manage staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.,Monitor inventory levels and ordering processes to ensure cost efficiency.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in catering operations, preferably in a luxury hospitality or aviation setting.,Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Knowledge of food safety and health regulations is a plus.,Experience with inventory management and cost control is desirable.
