As a Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our projects and the well-being of our team members. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Overseeing the daily operations and ensuring the smooth running of projects.,Monitoring team performance and providing guidance and support as needed.,Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.,Conducting regular meetings with team members to discuss progress and address any issues.,Assisting in the recruitment and onboarding of new team members.,Providing feedback and coaching to team members to help them improve their skills and performance.,Ensuring the availability and proper maintenance of necessary equipment and tools.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Familiarity with project management principles and practices.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Fluency in English and Indonesian.
