Direct Up Jaya is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Deputy Sales Consultant to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the Sales Consultant in identifying and developing new business opportunities, as well as providing exceptional customer service and support. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and a passion for helping others achieve their goals.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Sales Consultant in identifying and developing new business opportunities through effective communication and negotiation skills.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, ensuring their needs and concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions and transactions.,Assist in the preparation and presentation of sales reports and other relevant documentation.,Collaborate with the sales team to ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and tactics.,Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance sales skills and knowledge.,Adhere to company policies, procedures, and sales targets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or a related field.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).,Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding customer expectations.
