📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the vessel, ensuring safety and efficiency.,Monitor and maintain compliance with maritime regulations and company policies.,Coordinate with the crew to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.,Manage and maintain the vessel's equipment and systems.,Ensure the safety and well-being of the crew and passengers.,Handle emergency situations and coordinate with relevant authorities.,Plan and execute routes and schedules efficiently.,Maintain accurate records and reports of vessel operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Captain in the maritime industry.,Valid Master Mariner's License (MML) or equivalent.,Proven track record of safe and efficient vessel operations.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Knowledge of maritime regulations and safety procedures.,Ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks.,Familiarity with vessel maintenance and repair procedures.,Good knowledge of English, both written and spoken.
